Adults Independent and Motivated (AIM) is hosting our fourth community fundraising event, the Tutus and Ties Fun Run between October 1st - October 7th.

5 days to walk, run, and enjoy fun activity stations 45 minutes to join with the rest of the AIM community for our online wrap-up event AIM does not charge a fee to AIMers, which means 100% of the funds to cover costs of our operations comes from fundraising. Tutus and Ties is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Please help us make independence possible for adults with disabilities by joining us for our 4th annual Tutus and Ties Fun Run.

$20 Adult Registration (includes t-shirt) $10 Child Registration (12 and under - includes t-shirt) $15 Out of Town Registrant - for those who are unable to pick up shirts on 10/3/20 or who do not want a t-shirt or tutu/tie $5 Tutu or tie (while supplies last) |

Here is How it Works:
Sept. 10th Registration Deadline to be guaranteed to receive the t-shirt size of your choice and a tutu or tie. Register HERE. Registrations received after Sept. 11 cannot be guaranteed a particular t-shirt size nor a tutu nor tie.
Oct. 1st Our event kicks off with an online silent auction and a welcome video from AIMers on our Facebook page. Bidding starts at 8am.
Oct. 2nd 7:00 PM The Silent Auction Closes. Highest bidders will receive an email notifying them that they have won and can pick up their item the following day.
Oct. 3rd 9:00 AM-11:00 AM and 4:00 PM-6:00 PM Curbside pickup* of t-shirts, tutus, ties, and silent auction items in the Lakeway Randall’s parking lot (2301 RR 620 S). Please wear a mask when picking up your items.
Oct. 3-7 On your mark, get set, go! Choose anytime during these 5 days to put on your fun run shirt, tutu or tie, and walk or run around your neighborhood, a favorite hiking trail, a park path, etc. – the options are unlimited! If you choose to add more FUN to the Run, ideas include: jump roping, hula hooping, basketball shooting, egg-in-a-spoon racing, chalk art creating, etc. Contests include:

** Distance can be submitted in steps or miles. We will use a conversion of 2000 steps=1 mile

- 2 Longest Distance** Walked or Run Contests: 1) The Individual Who Walks or Runs the Longest Distance 2) The Group that Walks or Runs the Longest Distance. Join with as many other participants as you want (whether they live in your household or live far away) to win the prize for Longest Distance Walked (Group). Each group member should track their steps (or miles) and then the group submits its collective total.
- 2 Activity Station Contests: 1) Most creative station 2) Highest # of stations.
- Best socially- distanced accessory (i.e. a 6’ tutu).
- Most Socially Distant Participant (for the participant farthest away from Bee Cave, TX)
- Returning participant who generates the Most New Registrations
- A raffle for AIMers and Prospective AIMers who walk or run for a mile or more
