Entry Fees

Registrations Received by September 19
$25 Adult Registration (includes t-shirt)
$15 Child Registration (12 and under - includes t-shirt)
​$15 Out of Town Registrant - for registration without a t-shirt
$10 Tutu or $5 Tie

​Sept. 19th  Registration Deadline to be guaranteed to receive the t-shirt size of your choice and a tutu or tie.  Registrations received on or after September 19th cannot be guaranteed a particular t-shirt size nor a tutu nor tie.
Oct. 8th 6:00 AM Silent Auction Starts 
Oct. 14th 8:00 PM Silent Auction Closes.  Highest bidders will receive an email notifying them that they have won and can pick up their item during Thursday's pick-up activity or at the fun run on Sunday.
Oct. 15th 6:00-8:00 PM  Pickup of t-shirts, tutus, ties, and silent auction items at Lake Travis Biergarten (3519 Ranch Road 620, Austin TX 78734).
Saturday, Oct. 18th 9th Annual Tutus and Ties Fun Run

• 8:00 AM Check-In  Join us in the Great Lawn of the Hill Country Galleria for check in and fun games.

• 8:30 AM Start Time  Gather in the Great Lawn for opening remarks and to start the race.

• 10:00 AM Event Close:  Gather in the Great Lawn for entertainment, a healthy snack, event closing remarks and prize drawings.

• Course:  The course is a loop through the Hill Country Galleria with skills sections along the way .  There will be a designated start and finish line for those who prefer to do a self-timed 5K and bypass the skills sections.

• Amenities:  Water stations will be provided along the way with restrooms on site.  

• Event Close:  Gather at the Great Lawn for a healthy snack, event closing remarks and prize drawings.

• Out of Town Registrants:  For those who wish to support AIM but can't make it to the Event.  Choose anytime on or before October 18th, and walk or run around your neighborhood, a favorite hiking trail, a park path, etc. – the options are unlimited!  If you choose to add more FUN to the Run, ideas include:  jump roping, hula hooping, basketball shooting, egg-in-a-spoon racing, chalk art creating, etc.  Upload your pictures to our event photo album.

Weather Updates

In the event of questionable weather on the day of the event, please check AIM’s Facebook page for any weather-related updates. An alternate distribution date for t-shirts and auction items will be set in the event of a rain cancellation, but we will be unable to refund fees.
